Centric TSolve M2M
Connected when disconnected!
Where is M2M used for?
M2M (Machine-to-Machine) solutions are used to enable communication between or with machines
using wired and/or wireless interfaces.
Typical areas where M2M solutions are used:
- Transport & Logistics: vehicle and fleet management, WMS.
- Energy: heating, fuel cell, solar cells, windmills.
- Industrial: machines, installations, MES, SCADA.
- Infrastructure & Utility: electricity, gas, water, road, rail, pipelines, ships, buildings.
- Security & Surveillance: cameras, access control, gate.
Why M2M?
Large groups of service and maintenance personnel are active to keep your (customers) installed machines operational. Implementing M2M will enable you to remotely diagnose, monitor and control these machines and/or devices.
Implementing a M2M solution will reduce operational cost, will allow more services and will improve effectiveness and efficiency of your business.
How can Centric TSolve help you?
In most cases companies require a tailored M2M solution, but the cost and development time are deterring and commercial-of-the-shelve products only bring a partial solution.
By using Centric TSolve’s existing MaCCS platform as a basis for a tailored solution, it will reduce the development time and cost. You will benefit from the flexibility, scalability and quality without making any compromises.
MaCCS stands for Management Control & Communication System.
Reasons for you to consider, using MaCCS as a platform?
- Do your customers want additional services?
- Is your service and maintenance organization profitable?
- Cost of meeting SLA agreements is too high?
- Number of experienced people is limited?
- Travel time and cost are too high?
- Downtime of products/installations is an issue?
- Do you have spare parts and availability issues?
- Are you perceived as too costly compared to your competitors?
