General
Centric TSolve is committed to act fairly and with integrity toward its stakeholders and is expected to comply with all applicable local laws, legislation, rules and regulations.

Environment
Centric TSolve environmental policy strives for ISO14001 equivalency (tailored to Development and Office like workplace environments) and continual environmental improvement. Centric TSolves development process enforces awareness in its product design cycle to ensure continuous improvement in the environmental aspects of new products.
Our design process aims at reducing the overall environmental impact of a product’s composition and function. It is based on a life-cycle assessment including raw materials, production, parts manufacture, product assembly, transport, usage and end-of life, not only for products developed in-house, but also for purchased products.

Centric TSolve shall do all that is reasonable and practicable to:
Child labor
Centric TSolve shall not employ directly or indirectly children in violation of convention 138 and 182 of the International Labor Organization. In case of child labor, Centric TSolve shall take immediate remedial action in consultation with TSolve, considering the interests of the children employed. This action shall include:
Forced labor
Employment should be freely chosen. Under no circumstances Centric TSolve makes use of forced labor such as (but not limited to) labor by persons placed in an institution, or compulsory labor including labor as a means of political coercion or education.

Right to organize
Centric TSolve shall recognize and respect the freedom of its employees to choose whether or not to establish or to associate with any organization of their own choosing (including labor unions) without Centric TSolves’ prior authorization. The employment and remuneration of a worker shall not be subject to the condition that he/she not join a union or be forced to relinquish trade union membership. Furthermore, union membership shall not be the cause for the dismissal of – or otherwise prejudice against – a worker. Centric TSolve shall refrain from any action with the intent of placing such organization under the direct or indirect control of Centric TSolve.

Collective bargaining
Centric TSolve shall respect – within the framework of law, regulations and prevailing labor relations and employment practices – the right of its employees to be represented by labor unions and other employee organizations. Centric TSolve will engage in negotiations, either by itself or through employers’ associations, with a view toward reaching agreement on employment conditions.

Discrimination
Centric TSolve treats its employees equally in employment and occupation, and will ensure that each has equal opportunities. Centric TSolve offers equal pay for equal work performed at equal levels. No form of harassment or discrimination in respect of employment and occupation will be tolerated, such as discrimination based on race, color, sex, age, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
